The Dashboard section of the application provides a comprehensive view of your workflow, including comments and feedback from Analysts, a list of courses you are working on, and the status of your last course.

Navigating the Dashboard

  1. Schema App Link: Begin by ensuring you have selected the correct team in the pull down menu. You will only be able to select those teams you are authorised to access. Next, select the Schema application link.

  1. Application Navigation: You can navigate through all applications at any time by selecting the menu option in the left hand Command Drawer (the blue section). Additionally, in the Command Drawer, you can access the Schema Support Hub where you will find help files and Step-by-Step Guides. These menu items can be accessed at any time in the applications.

  1. Title Bar: The title bar is used to show which application, organisation and account you are logged in to. Your organisation logo and profile picture may be set within the Admin page and you can logout from the application at any point using the title bar.

  1. Navigation Drawer: The content of the Navigation Drawer may vary depending on your account type, but is designed to allow you to move around the Schema application. Some of the options in the Navigation Drawer are not available unless a role has been selected.

  1. The Schema Dashboard View: The first page you are directed to in Schema is the Dashboard. The main Dashboard displays general information about your workflow helping you stay on top of your tasks and progress, while also allowing you to navigate around the application.

  2. Dashboard widgets: Each widget in the dashboard is designed to present you with information to support your workflow and to assist you in returning to current work areas.

    1. Role Metrics: This section provides a summary of how many roles are in progress and their status.
    2. Comments: This section shows the comments and feedback received from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other collaborators.
    3. Recent Roles: The Dashboard lists all the roles you have been working on and provides a quick start option to return to them.
    4. Latest Role Activity: Information about the last role you worked on, including its current metrics.
