The Import section of shadow allows you to import data in various formats to allow you to upload existing Role Scalars or Role Performance Statements, to find qualifications that may align to the role and to may the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSB) against Skills England frameworks. This guide will help you navigate and use each of the import functions.

Objectives to Accreditation Page

  1. To access the Objectives to Accreditation page select Imported Objective Files from the Import expanded menu. If you do not see this option in the menu your team does not have access to this function. If you would like access please contact your Agilexe Supervisor or Agilexe support at [email protected].

  1. To import files and generate data, follow the step-by-step guide below.

  2. If you do not have access to the Imported Objective Files Function but believe you should, please contact your Agilexe Supervisor or please contact the Agilexe support team at [email protected].

Imported Documents

  1. The Imported Documents page allows you to upload role documents at various stages of development so you can continue refining them within the Agilexe applications.
  2. You can upload documents in PDF or DOCX format in the following ways:

• Role Scalar

• Roles Performance Statement

• Unstructured Data

  1. Due to the limitations of the LLM, you can only upload documents up to 50 pages in length in a single go. If your document is more than 50 pages you can upload multiple files and shadow will merge these once you are ready to import them.

KSB Mapping

  1. The KSB mapping function allows you to import objectives via a csv upload or directly from shadow.

Our application will then connect directly to the Skills England website and conduct a review of the objectives against live Skills England qualifications and frameworks, providing you with details of any gaps and what is required to close those gaps, including recommending methods to deliver the gaps.
