There are times when those responsible for the design of training need to change the TCat due to a lack of resources or the training delivery team are unable to meet the conditions. This page will show you how to change the TCat and ensure that the evidence for that change is captured.

Changing a TCat

  1. To change a TCat, go to the Enabling Objectives screen and select alignment.

  2. Identify the objective you wish to change, select it then click on the edit button.

  1. It is important that, once you have changed the TCat you capture the reasons for that change and any mitigation required.
  2. You may also wish to add the details of the change to the Risk register in Shadow.
