Navigating the Report Screen

  1. The Report page in Shadow is designed to allow you to create a detailed Training Needs Report (TNR). Shadow will analyse the data created during the TNA and provide insights into the role. When the Report page is initially opened, if no report has been generated it may take a few moments to analyse the data.

  2. You can select the different types of reports from the menu across the top of the page. The full report can only be generated once you have completed the actions within each of the previous report options
