The Dashboard section of the application provides a comprehensive view of your workflow, including comments and feedback from Analysts, a list of roles you are working on, and the status of your last role.

Navigating the Dashboard

Shadow App Link: The app should open displaying the team that you belong to, ensure that the correct team name is displayed, if it is not, select the correct team from the drop down menu. You will only be able to select those teams you are authorised to access. Next, select the Shadow application link.

Application Selector Screen

Application Navigation: You can navigate through all applications at any time by selecting the menu option at the top of the screen. Additionally, in the top menu you can access the Shadow Support Hub where you will find help files and Step-by-Step Guides. These menu items can be accessed at any time in the applications.

The Dashboard Screen

The Shadow Dashboard View: The first page you are directed to in Shadow is the Dashboard. The main Dashboard displays general information about your workflow helping you stay on top of your tasks and progress, while also allowing you to navigate around the application.
Dashboard tiles: Each tile in the dashboard is designed to present you with information to support your workflow and to assist you in returning to current work areas.
1. Courses Awaiting Response: This section provides a summary of how many roles are awaiting your feedback.
2. Courses Responded to: This section shows the number of courses that you have reviewed or made comments against.
3. Roles Returned or Elapsed: The Dashboard lists all the roles you have either returned to the analyst or have not met the required deadline.

To select a Role in Shadow, or to return to a previously reviewed role, select Role Setup from the Navigation Menu.
