The Logging In section of the Sphere application provides a comprehensive instructions on how to create an account and login to Sphere.

Accessing Sphere

Sphere App Link: If you already have an Agilexe account, login to the main menu at https://www.agilexetechnologies.co.uk/. Ensure you have selected the correct team in the pull down menu. You will only be able to select those teams you are authorised to access. Next, select the Sphere application link.

Non-Agilexe Users: If you do not have an Agilexe account, you will need to register as a user in the Sphere application. Go to https://www.agilexetechnologies.co.uk.

Registering a New Account

Enter your details as requested and click on the Register button. Once you have successfully registered your account, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your account. Go back to the login page and enter the credentials that you used to register and click on the login page.
If you are unable to login to sphere, it may be that the team you are assigned to has issued all of their licences. If this is the case please speak to the team leader.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot your password link and follow the instructions.
