AI-powered KSB mapping in Shadow, directional risk in Schema and tailored assessments in Sphere
Shadow introduces AI-powered KSB mapping and multi-document role imports, Schema's risk score now shows under- and over-training, and Sphere lets you tailor generated assessments.
A new KSB (Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours) Mapping module lets you upload KSB requirements and have AI analyse how your current course objectives map against them.
Upload KSB requirements from Skills England or enter them manually.
See the strength of each mapping as a percentage.
See the rationale for each match.
See the elements not achieved or under-represented.
Apprenticeship search connects directly to the Skills England list.
You get clear feedback if a specific apprenticeship standard is not found.
Risk Score now tells under-training from over-training
The Risk Score is now directional: it identifies whether a risk comes from under-training (safety risk, content cuts) or over-training (inefficiency, content bloat).
Safety Risk: duration cut by more than 50%, so learning transfer is unlikely.
Delivery pattern screens now refer to "Periods" (for example Periods Per Week) instead of lessons, and measure duration in Minutes Per Period, in line with standard scheduling terms.
