Build composite courses by importing modules

Course designers can now reuse modules from existing courses to build composite courses.

  • When creating a new course, you can build it by importing one or more modules from existing courses.
  • From the Blueprint page, you can import modules from other courses into your current course.
  • Imported modules are added to the end of your timeline.
  • Choose what to bring over with each module: Objectives (mandatory), KLPs, Amplification, Trainer Notes and Lessons, including everything attached to them.
  • Imports are limited to modules matching the TPS (Training Performance Statement) or WTS (Workplace Training Statement) type of the destination course.

Sphere

Improvement

More room for trainer notes and amplification

You can now include up to 3,000 characters in Trainer Notes and Amplification text.

  • Key Learning Point (KLP) field lengths are now harmonised between Sphere and Schema.
  • No data is truncated or lost when generating resources from your course blueprints.
