Upload role scalars as documents, and a refreshed Course Blueprint in Schema
Shadow now accepts DOCX and PDF uploads of role scalars and Role PSs, and Schema's Course Blueprint gains a schematic view and a delivery risk score, alongside fixes.
You can now upload existing role scalars and Role PSs into Shadow as DOCX or PDF documents instead of CSV files, making the process faster and simpler.
No more CSV files: upload a DOCX or PDF document with your original data.
After uploading and reviewing the content, a single click finalises the upload and makes the role available for editing in Shadow.
See your course as a schematic in the Course Blueprint
The refreshed Course Blueprint gives you a clearer, high-level view of your training design with a dynamic, flowchart-style schematic of your course structure.
Add, edit and reorder modules and lessons directly within the schematic view.
Changing a course, module or lesson duration now generates a delivery risk score based on how far the time is reduced or increased from the AI recommendation.
Identify and prioritise potential under-training or over-training risks.
