Shadow's redesigned alignment workspace begins rolling out, Sphere can start small lessons without an existing Schema course, and Sift-supported citations are more accurate. Sphere's legacy PowerPoint generation service will be retired over the coming weeks.
Sphere has a refreshed experience for planning lessons, creating resources and developing assessments, including a clearer HTML Presentation editor, and Sift presents Find and Ask as two distinct ways to work with selected documents.
Sphere can now generate interactive HTML presentations from selected Key Learning Points, alongside redesigned resource selection and editing. Shadow improves Sift-supported role descriptions and RAID, and Sift makes document management and processing faster and more reliable.
Sift is now available to select users as a standalone knowledge-exploration application. This release also improves KSB mapping and qualification matching in Shadow, imported-document handling in Shadow and Schema, and adds Microsoft Entra ID SSO to the App Centre.
Shadow adds RAID export and a clearer RAID experience, and Schema lets users expand or reduce AI-generated KLP amplifications and fixes objective assignment and KLP numbering.
Sphere now opens to a central dashboard and can export e-learning storyboards as Word documents. Shadow gains breadcrumb navigation, clearer role ownership transfer and several fixes, and the live chat AI assistant in Shadow and Schema has been made more secure.
The platform is now approved to handle OFFICIAL SENSITIVE data, roles can be copied straight to another team, and Shadow, Schema and Sphere gain a set of improvements and fixes.
Shadow now accepts DOCX and PDF uploads of role scalars and Role PSs, and Schema's Course Blueprint gains a schematic view and a delivery risk score, alongside fixes.
Sphere adds an AI-generated Technical Training Notes resource and a Support menu in the header, while Schema course imports gain Industry and Location fields. Shadow and Schema also receive a set of fixes to role copying, permissions, objectives and FTS generation.
Shadow adds a read-only view of all RAID items and a smarter RAID page, and the Manage User page is tidier and safer to use. The release also fixes deletion of lessons and courses in Schema, team tags in Sift and a range of Shadow issues.
Shadow lets you see generated legislation in a task's standards and introduces TrAD sign-off before a role appears in Schema, with smoother editing, a new setup page and layout fixes. Schema improves the Roles Ready for Course Connection view and its lesson and content pages.
Schema adds a Guidance option for lessons and SME review screens load faster in both Shadow and Schema. Shadow adds a DIF score legend, quicker verb analysis reports, easier condition selection and a session timeout fix.
Shadow restores objective numbering, improves chat readability and fixes TNA report formatting. In Schema, SMEs can respond to comments again and the new comments badge is back.
Schema now supports developing lessons within modules and generating timings for the delivery of each lesson and KLP.
